Cinnamon Life now introduces a hassle free Investment option to our customers with a Guaranteed Rental Scheme. This scheme is offered for the apartments at “The Residence @ Cinnamon Life”. Reserve your apartment today, as the Guaranteed Rental scheme is only available for a limited number of apartments.

  • Guaranteed return of 5% of the purchase price (excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) & Nation Building Tax (NBT) of the apartment per year. (Less management costs, maintenance and upkeep of the said Unit, service charge, sinking fund, insurance, rates, and other related expenses which has to be paid by the apartment owner.)
  • Guaranteed Rental Scheme (GRS) is offered by Waterfront Properties (Private) Limited (WPL).
  • GRS is to be offered for 2 years only.
  • The apartment owner would be required to pay for the fit out of the apartment.
  • GRS is only offered from the 8th to 21st floor (Apartment types B1a, B1b, B2b, B2c) at the “Residence @ Cinnamon Life”. GRS only for 2 Bedroomed apartments ranging from 1130sq.ft to 1238sq.ft
  • During the 2 year GRS, we will be providing full house keeping services.
  • During the above period the apartment will be maintained by us, and will be returned to the owner with normal wear and tear.
  • There will be a 3 month roll over period for rectification work at the end of the GRS (on the expiration of the 2 years). There will be no rental payment by WPL during this period.
