However, if you do not agree with any or all of these terms and conditions, you are advised to exit this SITE immediately. The Management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without any notice and at any time by posting changes online. By using this SITE after any such changes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.

All parties submitting materials to the WWW servers grant Cinnamon Hotels, its management and owning companies a worldwide non-exclusive right, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, install, reproduce ,copy, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media in connection with the WWW servers. Further, you represent and warrant that the submission, installation, reproduction, copying, adaptation, publication, translation, distribution and use of such materials in connection with the WWW servers shall not violate any other party's proprietary or legal rights. Notwistanding the above, the Management reserves the right to remove any submission made on this SITE at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

You are required to provide full and accurate details in the form requested by us as a necessary condition for us to process the booking made by you. Furthermore, you confirm that you will be providing us with your personal data and hereby expressly consent to the use of such data for the purpose of facilitating the booking made with you. This includes express permission to share the personal data information with your service providers and agents. You also further expressly consent to the use of your personal data to promote products and services of our company or brand. You confirm that you have read through our data policy and have understood your rights in relation to the personal data which you are providing to us.
Cinnamon Life Integrated Resorts confirms that all personal information provided by the you will be used for the purposes of facilitating the booking/s made by you and to promote the products and services of our company and its brand. We may provide and /or transfer such personal data to our service providers, agents and other parties as required for the purpose of facilitating the booking made by you. Such personal data will be stored for a period not exceeding 5 years.  
You have the right to request access to or any rectification or erasure of personal data provided to us or to restrict the processing of such data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for us to use the personal data at any time in writing, provided that any processing of data prior to the withdrawal of such consent shall not be rendered unlawful. If you are an EU data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the event that there is a breach of the relevant data protection regulations. Furthermore, you confirm that any personal information or data shared on behalf of another person for the purposes of facilitating a booking with Cinnamon Life Integrated Resorts has been obtained with the prior consent of such person/s who have apprised themselves of the booking terms and conditions and privacy policy of Cinnamon Life Integrated Resorts and such person/s is aware of their rights in respect of such data provided to us.
INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Cinnamon Life Integrated Resorts its management, owning companies, its officers, directors and employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
We are incorporated in Sri Lanka and therefore operate under the Laws of Sri Lanka. Your booking together with these terms and conditions shall be subject to Sri Lankan law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan Courts  
In the event there are any discrepancies in the translations of the SITE, the English version will prevail.
